摘要
目的 :探讨骨形态形成明胶用作盖髓剂的效果及部分机理。方法 :以氢氧化钙作对照分别进行大鼠磨牙直接盖髓实验、小鼠皮下埋植实验、成纤维细胞体外培养 (3H -TdR参入和碱性磷酸酶染色 )实验。结果 :骨形态形成明胶生物相容性好 ,用于大鼠磨牙直接盖髓有修复性牙本质形成、在小鼠皮下埋植可诱导成骨样细胞分化并能促进成纤维细胞增殖。结论 :骨形态形成明胶用作盖髓剂有很好的发展前景 。
Objective:To evaluate the feasibility of bone morphogenetic gelatin (BMG) used as pulp capping agents and parts of the mechanism.Method:The direct pulp capping of molars in rats, the subcutaneous implantation in mice, pure line fibroblast cell-cultures with 3H-thymidine incorporation and alkline phosphatase histochemical technique were carried out,and the calcium hydroxide (CH) was taken as the control. Result:BMG demonstrated the best biocompatibility,no rejection reaction appeared,and bone formation in subcutaneous tissue was shown.BMG promoted fibroblast proliferation,there appeared the reparative dentin in rat molars with BMG direct pulp capping. Conclusion:BMG can induce and promote reparative dentin formation.The mechanism may be related to inducing osteoblasts formation and promoting the proliferation of fibroblasts.
