摘要
文章分析了地勘单位改革面临的背景环境和改革目标任务的三个阶段 ,提出了地勘单位企业化经营改革的战略选择 ,介绍了安徽省地勘局进行企业化经营改革的具体作法。
The paper analyses background and environment of restructuring geological prospecting units and three stages of fulfilling the target of reform. Then it points out the choice of strategies on running geological prospecting units as enterprises, and it introduces the practices of An Hui Provincial Geological Prospecting Bureau restructuring geological prospecting units.
