The world in our time cityization has become the irreversible tendency,in the process of cityization,it seems very important that whether the public goods disposition efficiency is high or low.For this reason,it is necessary to reveal the process of the disposition of public goods,analyse several effects in the process of disposition,so as to suggest accordance for gorernment to stipulate and realize the pollcy of the disposition of public goods.
