摘要
通过资源相对稀缺性假设的提出 ,驳斥了“专用性”与“专有性”是谈判力基础的观点 ;说明了只有“资源的相对稀缺性” ,才是谈判力的基础 ;分析了企业治理模式的多态性 ,并对企业治理模式进行重新划分 ;指出了我国应促进人力资本市场和物质资本市场的不断发展 ,企业治理模式应由人力资本所有者和非人力资本所有者双方博弈解决 ,而不应采取单一治理模式。
By putting forward the hypothesis of the relative shortage of natural resources,refuted the point of view that'special use'and 'special possession'is the foundation of negotiation forre;It illustrates that only 'the relative stortage of natural resources'is the foundation of negotiation force;analysed the multiple states of the governing model of enterprise,and once again divided the goveming model of enterprise;then pointed out that in the economic reform of our country ought to promote the development and improvement of manpower capital market and substantial capital market,the governing model of enterprise should be solved by the owner of manpower capital and nonmanpower capital,however we shouldn′t adopt a single governing model.
