摘要
目的 观察医用无绳充电式微型负压扫床器对病床的洁净效果。方法 分别用负压扫床器和湿式扫床法对病床进行清洁 ,并在清洁前、清洁后 30、6 0、12 0min对床单、病房空气及患者头面部和敷料表面的细菌菌落数进行对比。结果 两种方法扫床前后床单细菌菌落数差值无显著性差异 (P =0 .0 96 ) ;但负压扫床器扫床后 30、6 0min病房空气细菌菌落数与湿式扫床法比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;患者头面部和敷料表面细菌菌落数比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 负压扫床器对床单、病房空气具有明显的清洁作用 ,可减少扫床对患者头面部和敷料表面的细菌污染 。
ObjectiveTo observe the cleaning effect of wireless rechargeable pressurized mini bed sweeper (pressured bed sweeper).MethodsBeds in the wards were cleaned with the pressurized bed sweeper and with wet cleaning method separately. Germ quantities were examined and compared in sickroom air, on the bed sheets, on the faces and the bodies of the patients and on the dressings at 30, 60 and 120 min respectively before and after cleaning.ResultsThere was no significant difference in germ quantities before and after cleaning ( P >0.05) between the two sweeping methods. Germ quantities in the air at 30, 60 min after cleaning with pressurized bed sweeper were observed to be significantly smaller than those with wet cleaning method ( P <0.05). Compared with the quantities on the faces and the dressings, the difference was significant with the 2 methods ( P <0.05).ConclusionThe pressurized bed sweeper is effective in cleaning the bed sheets and the room air and reduces the quantities on patients' faces and the dressings, worthy of popularization.
