摘要
目的 通过对护生临床综合能力自评与他评的对比研究 ,探讨自评在护生临床综合能力评价中的作用。方法 对在院三年制和四年制护理中专实习生临床综合能力以学生自评与老师评价方式 ,分析自评与他评之间的差异。结果 四年制学生自评成绩明显高于他评成绩 ;三年制学生自评成绩较高 ,但与老师评分之间差异不明显。结论 通过学生自评和他评结果分析 ,在加强对护生了解 ,改进教学方法 。
Objective To study the role of the self evaluation and preceptor evaluation in assessing the clinical synthetical ability of the nursing students.MethodsThe clinical synthetical ability of the nursing students of 4 year and 3 year courses was evaluated by themselves and by their teachers. ResultsThe self evaluation performed by the students of 4 year courses was significantly higher than that by those of 3 year courses. But the evaluations by the teachers showed no significant difference between the students of 3 year and 4 year courses.ConclusionThe analysis to the self evaluation and preceptor evaluation helps understand the nursing students and thus improve teaching methodology. It plays an important part in the administration of nursing teaching.
