摘要
心脏粘液瘤手术安全性大 ,切除率高 ,治愈率亦高 ,但术后并发症常为死亡原因。因此 ,做好围手术期的护理至关重要。回顾分析 1987年至 2 0 0 0年 11月共施行心脏粘液瘤手术 2 2例 ,认为术前要消除病人的恐惧心理 ,向其说明手术治疗的必要性 ,鼓励患者增强治病的信心。术后严密观察病情变化 ,做到早发现、早诊断 ,发现问题及时处理 ,及早终止并发症的发生。手术后 2 2例患者均健康出院。
The removal operation of atrial myxoma has two advantages of safe, high removal rate and high curative rate, but the patients usually die from complications. Therefore, the perioperative nursing is key. From 1978 to Nov. 2001, 22 cases with surgery of atrial myxoma were admitted into our department, and got recovered because of delicate perioperative nursing. Our experience tells us that before operation, psychological nursing is a need by relieving the fears, explaining the necessity of operation and encouraging them with confidence to fight against the diseases; after surgery, close observation must be done to cope with complications earlier.
