Nursing care of 9 patients with fixed pudendal drug rash

阴部固定性药疹由于病变部位特殊 ,病人心理顾虑较多 ,为使病人自觉配合治疗 ,预防并发症发生 ,对病人实施心理疏导 ;密切观察药物的疗效及副作用 ;指导病人正确卧位及穿着 ;做好局部患处的护理 ;通过皮肤划痕试验 ,准确寻找过敏源 ,预防再次发生药疹。

The patients with fixed pudendal drug rash worried much because of the special position. In order to make the patients more cooperative in treatment and prevent complications, they were given psychological guidance. Close observation of curative and side effects of drugs were conducted. In nursing, they were directed to take proper sleeping position. Local affected part was properly nursed. The allergic sources were found out withdermatographia test so as to prevent the reoccurrence of drug rash.
