婴儿泪囊炎泪道探通治疗的护理

Nursing of infants with dacryocystitis treated by probing of lacrimal passage

笔者通过对临床 45 9例 ( 4 82眼 ) 3～ 8个月的婴儿泪囊炎患儿实施泪道探通治疗的护理。 46 9眼 1次探通获得痊愈 ,8眼经第 2次探通亦获得痊愈 ,5眼 2次探通无效。总有效率为 98.96 %。认为做好患儿家长的心理护理 ,适宜的治疗环境 ,熟练的探通技巧 ,正确固定的体位和探通后给予正确的护理指导 ,是预防并发症 ,确保泪道探通成功 。

In this paper, the author summarizes the nursing of 459 infants (482 eyes), aged 3 8 m, with dacryocystitis treated by probing of lacrimal passage. 469 of the total eyes received once probing of lacrimal passage and got recovered and 8 twice. It was ineffective for just 5 eyes receiving probing twice. The total effectiveness reached 98.96%. Based on it, the author suggests that psychological nursing of the infant patients, satisfying settings for treatment, the nurses' proficiency in the probing of lacrimal passage, the correct postures to fasten the patients and sound guidance of nursing after probing are key to prevent complications, ensure the success in probing and increase the curative effect.
