目的 探讨符合卫生需求和医疗保障的军队人员门诊用药的可行方案。方法 运用德尔菲法建立评价指标体系 ,分析影响军队人员门诊用药方案的因素 ,运用品种简化法分析方案的可行性。结果 第三种方案 ,即总部制定军队人员门诊用药的基本原则和要求为较优方案。结论 在现阶段 ,总后勤部卫生部应制定军队人员门诊用药的基本原则、要求和监督管理措施 ,各级医疗单位结合各自的卫生保障任务 。

Aim To discuss feasibility scheme of drug using in outpatient of military staff according with sanitation demand and medical supplying ability. Methods Through Diphi expert consultation, establishing evaluation indexes system on military staff outpatient drug using project; analyzing influence factors on scheme of drug using in outpatient of military staff and feasibility of scheme by way of variety Predigesting; Results The third project, which General Department constitutes basic principle and requisition on drug using in military staff outpatient, is provided with preferable and practical health ensuring effects. Conclusion At present, headquarters should constitute basic principle, requisition and supervise measures on drug using in military staff outpatient. All levels of military medical units constitute corresponding drug using catalogue on military staff outpatient and ensuring measures. With the development of nation economy, the level of drug using in military staff outpatient will enhanced gradually and reach the goal of excellent health service.
