人羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床分析

The clinical analysis of pterygium therapy using human amniotic membrane grafting

目的探讨人羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的可行性及其疗效评价。方法选择 18例 (18只眼 )翼状胬肉患者，其中初发性 12例，复发性 6例，行胬肉切除加人羊膜移植，术后随访 3～ 6个月。结果无一例出现排斥反应及严重并发症，睑球粘连得到解除，仅 1例复发。结论羊膜具有抗原性低，促进眼表上皮化，减轻炎性反应，抑制纤维组织增生和新生血管形成等作用。胬肉切除术后，用羊膜修复眼结膜缺损区的创面，可提供一个理想基底膜，使其迅速上皮化及创口愈合，从而防止胬肉复发。

Objective:To investigate the feasibility and clinical effects of pterygium therapy using human amniotic membrane grafting.Methods:Eighteen patients(18 eyes) were received pterygium－ ectomy combined with human amniotic membrane grating.The duration of following－ up is 3～ 6 months.Results:No serious complications including graft rejection occurred.Recurrence of pterygium was observed in only one case.Conclusion:Amniotic membrane is advantageous in pterygium therapy because of having little antigens,promotion ocular surface epitheliumizing,reducing inflammations,inhibition hypertrophy of fibrous tissue and formation of neovascular.Amniotic membrane can provides an ideal base－ membrane for the traumatic surface of conjunctiva after pterygium－ ectomy.It can make the injury epitheliumize and heal rapidly and prevent the recurrence of pterygium.
