摘要
从组织的两重性这个角度出发对组织变革问题进行了探讨。研究了组织变革的具体机制和形式 ,在此基础上指出一个理想的组织变革模式应满足的条件 。
Based on the study of the concrete mechanism and form of organizational change from the point of the organization dualism,the authors pointed out the conditions which an ideal pattern of organizational change should satisfy,and then gave out such a practical pattern.
