自西部大开发启动以来 ,有关的文献和观点异彩纷呈。本文概括归纳出对西部大开发认识的 1 0种有代表性的观点 ,运用现代发展经济学理论 ,并结合后发地区的发展经验 ,对其进行逐一评论。

There are lots of literatures and viewpoints about Development of western regions since it has been started. This paper lays out ten representative viewpoints in this field. Furthermore, we review them with modern development economics and experience of late-developed entities.
