辽河民族精神鼓铸了辽河文化。辽河文化具有明显的早发性、很强的兼容性、卓越的独创性、持续的向心性、不断的赶超性。辽河文化对中原文化的冲击与融合,激活了中华文化中的积极因子,遏制了文化混沌和政治腐败的趋势,净化了世俗委靡、怯懦、虚伪和狡诈的品格,叠加了民风强健、清新、豪爽、刚直、勇敢等异质因素,造成了中华文化的复兴、更新,使中华文化在更大范围内得到整合与发展,走向新繁荣。

Liaohe national spirit founded Lia ohe culture,which had some qualitie s,such as obvious early-starting,strong compatibility,brilliant original creation,s ustained centrality and continual overtaking.By lashing and merging o f the culture in the Central Plains,L iaohe culture,having stopped the tendency of cultural chaos and political rottenness,having eliminated the secular char-acter,such sa listlessness,timidi ty,falseness and crafiliness,and h aving added the different factors in nature to the customs and morals of th e people,such as health,freshness,straightness,fortitude and boldness,activated active factors of China culture and facilitated the revival,conformity and devel-opment of China culture.
