摘要 中国正规教育体制以汉语文为信息载体 ,学校教育带有汉文化的符码。对于不通汉语的少数民族群体来说 ,脱离其文化背景 ,直接或突然接受这种强制教育会造成其文化中断。对待民族教育的理性态度是双方应互相协调、让步 :一方面采取双语教育方式解决受教育者在母语和第二语言之间的困难 ;另一方面主流社会用“照顾政策” The orthodox system of education in China took the Chinese language as vehicle of information, hence a school education codified with Han culture. Under this circumstance, however, those minority groups who did not know Chinese at all would be suddenly exposed to and imposed with this compulsory education, which would result in a suspense of their own cultures because they were separated from their own cultural background. Thus, a rational attitude towards national education is based on mutual harmonization and compromise between two parties. Accordingly, a bilingual means of education should be introduced to ease the educatee out of difficulty between native language and second language. Meanwhile the society of the majority should compensate the educatee by means of a 'patroning policy'.
