医院后勤服务公开招标的实践

摘要 作者就所在单位实施后勤服务公开招标的相关问题做了介绍 :一是描述公开招标的方法和步骤 :成立领导小组、建立评标人才库、确定委托管理招标项目、确定中标依据与原则、制定标书、做好员工思想工作、刊登招标广告、投标咨询、公开招标会、合同制定、聘后管理。二是论述实行公开招标后减员 6 0余人 ,仅洗衣一项年节支 5 0 % The paper discusses the issues related to the author's institution's implementation of public bidding for its logistical service. Firstly the paper describes the methods and steps for public biddings: setting up a leading group, establishing a databank of talented personnel for bidding assessment, determining bidding items for trust management, defining the basis and principles for the winning of biddings, working out tender documents, doing a good job of the ideological work of the staff, publishing bidding advertisements, offering bidding consultations, holding meetings for public biddings, drafting contracts, and conducting management after engagements. Then the paper gives an account of how the institution managed to reduce its personnel by over 60 people, with the yearly expenditure for the washing of uniforms alone reduced by 50%.
