Phycocyanin separated from spirulina

螺旋藻是一种营养价值很高的天然绿色食品。除了含有 6 5 %的植物蛋白和多种微量元素 ,维生素以外 ,还含有 5～ 1 0 %的藻蓝色素。

Spirulina; a highly nutritious natural health food, contains 65% of plant protein various, trace elements and vitamins. Besides, 5% to 10% of phycocyanin is also found in it, which exists as a beautiful soluble blue pigments rarely seen in the nature. This paper introduces the research results of separating phycocyanin from spirulina as well as the primary property of phycocyanin.
