砷化镓负电子亲合势光电阴极激活灵敏度在线检测与分析

ON-LINE INSPECTION AND ANALYSIS OF THE ACTIVE SENSITIVITY OF GaAs NEGATIVE ELECTRON AFFINITY PHOTOCATHODE

模拟光电阴极灵敏度测试仪对 Ga As阴极激活光源进行校准 ,并对透、反射阴极光电流比值对灵敏度的影响进行了讨论 ,实验结果证明 。

Simulating sensitivity tester of photocathode,on active source of GaAs photocathode is calibrated and the effect of photocurrent ratio between transmission and reflection photocathodes on the sensitivity is discussed. The experimental result de monstrates that the difference of the active sensitivities between P + substrate and cathode assembly comes mainly from the influence of process quality out of table.
