摘要
针对木材窑干燥过程,给出了干燥窑的热传递关系式,建立了干燥窑传递函数模型.用最小二乘法对模型参数进行了离线辨识.为准确描述系统的时变特性,用递推最小二乘法对干燥窑的模型参数进行了在线辨识.运用上述方法对所设计的实验窑控制系统进行了辨识.实验结果证明,在线辨识得到的参数准确,模型阶跃响应误差值保持在4%以内.
In order to control the process of lumber drying, the relation of inputs and outputs were given, and the transfer function of lumber drying kiln were derived. The parameters of model were identified using least squares. In order to describe the time varying characteristics of the system, the recursive least square analysis was then employed to acquire the accurate parameters online. Finally, the experiment proved that the parameters were accurate and the model's error of step input are below 4%.
