摘要
针对人力资源价值的许多特性是货币无法表现的这一特征,分析了影响人力资源的个人、组织和社会诸方面因素,把模糊综合评价引入到人力资源价值的非货币性方面进行计量、定性研究,建立了评价指标体系.为人力资源的考核提供了依据.
On the basis of the many characteristics of human resource value that monetary index couldn't show, the paper analysis the factors of individual. organization and society etc which affect human resource. We introduce fuzzy comprehensive evaluative to the non-monetary aspects of human resource for fuzzy measurement, quantitative research, and set up evaluation index system. It offers the ideas to solve the problems and resource for the evaluation of human resource.
