Theory of Supply Chain Management for Forming Big Enterprise Groups

针对我国目前产业结构调整中组建大企业集团的战略设计，根据供应链管理思想的内涵，把这一先进管理模式应用到大企业集团内部或组建过程中，做出了初步的战略设计，并以哈尔滨市工业企业指标为例，分析了这一设计方案的可行性．

To execute the strategic design of forming big enterprise groups, the great role of the theory of supply chain management in such a project is discussed, and a simple management mode is presented in this article. The feasibility of this mode is proved through the analysis of Harbin industry enterprises.
