摘要
借助计算机图像处理技术 ,结合分形理论初步探索了 E31 0 ( Cr2 5 Ni2 0 )和 E31 2( Cr30 N1 0 )不锈钢焊条熔敷金属经不同周期高温氧化、硫化腐蚀后腐蚀膜与基体之间界面的分形特性。结果表明 :腐蚀膜与基体之间界面具有分形特性 ,可用分形理论的分维来描述。
The fracal characteristics about oxidation and sulfuration corrosion interfaces at high temperature of the deposited metals of E310 and E312 stainless coated electrodes were explored primarily. In the experiment,imaging processing technology and fractal theory are applied.The conclusion is that the interfaces between corrosion film and the deposited metal has the fractal characteristics, and can be described with factal dimension.
