摘要
对啤酒花的超临界 CO2 萃取物的组分进行了分析 ,气相色谱图表明了超临界 CO2 和液态 CO2 萃取物的异同 ;并对超临界 CO2 萃取物进行酿酒试验 ,结果表明超临界 CO2 萃取物不仅增加啤酒香味 。
The extracts of hop with supercritical CO 2 were analyzed.The characteristics of extracts with supercritical CO 2 and liquid CO 2 was shown by gas chromatogram.Brewing trials showed that when extracts of hop were added to beers,the resulting beers were of sound hop flavor and indistinguishable in flavor from control.
