摘要
对采用低温湿式空气氧化法处理炼油和乙烯废碱液进行了研究。考察了停留时间对废碱液中硫化物的氧化、氧化产物的形态、COD和酚去除率的影响 ,反应温度对废碱液中污染物氧化反应的影响。试验结果表明 ,废碱液的脱臭效果很好 ,S2 -的氧化产物以S2 O32 -和SO4 2 -2种形式共存 ;酚、COD的去除率及S2 -的氧化反应受停留时间影响小 ,受反应温度影响明显 ;废碱液的S2 -和酚浓度相当时 ,COD去除率一般低于 40 % ,废碱液的S2 -浓度远大于酚浓度时 ,废碱液的COD去除率为 40 % 70 % ;废碱液中酚的质量浓度大于 2 0 0 0
In the study on the treatment of lye change from alkaline washing of ethylene or refinery products by wet air oxidation, the influence of retention time on the oxidation of sulfide, the forms of oxidation products, the removal rates of COD and phenol, and the influence of reaction temperature on the oxidation of pollutants in the lye change were examined.The experimental results show that the odor removal of the lye change is very effective;the oxidation products of S 2- are S 2O 3 2- and SO 4 2- ;the influence of oxidation reaction time on phenol and COD removal rates is small, and that of temperature is remarkable; when S 2- and phenol concentrations are equal , COD removal rate is generally less than 40%;when S 2- concentration is greatly higher than phenol concentration, COD removal rate is 40%70%;the phenol should be recovered when its concentration is more than 20000 mg/L.
