摘要
目的 测定芬太尼对安氟醚最低肺泡有效浓度 (MAC)及手术切皮无应激反应的MAC(MAC BAR)的影响。方法 择期手术病人 30例 ,随机分为两组 ,采用芬太尼和安氟醚吸入复合麻醉 ,以手术切皮为疼痛、应激刺激方法。结果 合用芬太尼的安氟醚MAC为 0 536Vol% ,减少了 1 1 4Vol% ,即下降 68 1 % ;MAC BAR为 0 62 8Vol% ,减少了 2 0 62Vol% ,即下降 76 7%。结论 以 4μg kg 1 负荷量加 0 0 3μg kg 1 min 1 输注芬太尼 ,具有明显的镇痛、抑制手术刺激时心血管反应及增强安氟醚的麻醉作用。
Objective To determine the anesthetic potency of fentanyl effects on the minimum alveolar concentration(MAC) and MAC to blocking adrenergic responses(MAC BAR) of enflurane.Methods Thirty patients were randomized into two groups with 15 patients in each. For determination of MAC, the initial surgical skin incision was used as the standard noxious stimulus. Results Fentanyl could decrease MAC and MAC BAR of enflurane by 68.1% and 76.7% respectively.Conclusion When the loading dose of fentanyl was 4μg.kg -1 followed by continuous infusion at a dose of 0.03μg.kg -1 .min -1 , fentanyl has the most powerful ability to decrease enflurane's MAC and are helpful for blocking the cardiovascular and neuroendocrine responses.
