摘要
目的 探讨外源性神经生长因子 (NGF)对成年大白兔下牙槽神经挤压伤后再生的影响。方法 30只成年新西兰大白兔 ,下牙槽神经挤压伤后 ,随机分成 2组 ,即对照组和用药组。对二组的再生有髓神经纤维传导速度、数目、直径和髓鞘厚度作比较。结果 NGF能使再生有髓神经纤维数目、直径、髓鞘厚度增加 ;术后相同时间NGF组神经传导速度大于对照组。结论 外源性神经生长因子能够促进下牙槽神经损伤后再生及功能的恢复。
Objective To explore the effect of exogenous nerve growth factor (NGF) on the regeneration of adult white rabbits inferior alveolar nerve (IAN) after being crushed.Methods 30 adult New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into two groups.One was control (A),the other is NGF-using group (B).A micro-hemostat was used to creat nerve crushing model of biliteral ALN.Around the mental foramen,A was injected with normal saline (NS) 1ml,and B with 1ml NGF-NS mixed solution,one time every other day for two weeks.Histological examination and electrophysiological appreciation assessed regeneration of the nerves.The total number,the conduction velocities,the thickness of myelin sheathes and the diameter of the regenerating myelinated nerve fibers were compared between A and B.Results NGF could enhance the number,diameter and thickness of the myelin sheath of the regenerating nerves.At the same time,the conduction velocities of regenerating nerves in the NGF-using group were faster than that of the control.Conclusion Exogenous NGF can enhance regeneration of inferior alveolar nerve and recovery of its sensory function.
