摘要
目的 通过扫描电镜观察金属烤瓷修复体的金属底层经过不同处理后的结构及化学变化。方法 金属表面进行失晶、喷砂、砂石磨光、抛光等不同处理后用扫描电镜观察。结果 在金属表面有四种类型的结构形成 ,经过失晶处理后的金属表面形成大量空穴和倒凹状结构 ,同时元素增加及含量也增加。分布也有明显变化。经喷砂的金属表面 ,只形成大量的凹凸不平的粗糙结构 ,凹陷深度小于失晶法 ,元素增加及含量都较上述减少。砂石磨光的金属表面仅出现线状浅沟纹结构。抛光的金属表面平坦 ,无结构改变。结论 失晶能提供金瓷的机械性结合及化学结合的表面结构 ,提高金瓷结合强度。后两者均不利于金瓷的结合固位。
Objective To observe the structure and element changes of the metallic base with different treatment in PFM.Methods After decrystallizing and blasting,burnishing and polishing,the metallic surface was with scanning electron microscopy.Results There were four kinds of struture formed in the surface of the metal.Plenty of carities and undercuts formed in the metallic surface and elements' kinds and content increased after decrystallization.Plenty of concave and convex struture formed,kinds of elements increased but its content decreased after sand blasting.There was only linear and striated structure formed after burnishing.Surface of metal was smooth without changes after polishing.Conclusion In contrast with the other methods,decrystallizing is more benificial to mechanical and chemical combination of porcelain and metal.
