银汞合金充填后唾液中汞浓度的动态变化 被引量:7

摘要 目的 通过观察银汞合金充填后唾液汞浓度的动态变化以了解银汞合金充填体中汞释放的动态。方法 用冷原子吸收光谱法测定 16名实验对象银汞合金充填前和充填后各时间点唾液汞量 ,用SAS软件程序进行分析统计。结果 银汞合金充填后 1天唾液总汞、无机汞比充填前的基底值高 ,但到了充填后 1周基本回复到充填前基线水平 ,而以后各时间点基本稳定在基线水平 ,而有机汞在银汞合金充填前后基本无变化。结论 银汞合金充填体中释放的汞量较少。 Objective To investigate the kinetic release of mercury from amalgam fillings by observing the dynamic change of the level of mercury in saliva (S-Hg).Methods The level of S-Hg of 16 specimens on each time-point before or after amalgams filling were tested by means of absorbed spectrometry,and analysed by SAS program.Results Compared to baseline the level of total and inorganic S-Hg was elevated 1 day after amalgam filling,returned to baseline basically 1 week after amalgams filling,and kept the level on each time-point afterwards.However,the level of organic S-Hg hardly had change before and after amalgam filling.Conclusion The amount of mercury released from amalgams is small.
