摘要
选取大庆催化油浆为原料 ,利用热台显微镜对油浆相分离行为进行了考察。掺入富含化学第二液相的高压釜反应产物 ,油浆的受热相分离倾向加大。不同固体掺兑物对油浆生焦相分离行为有一定的影响。过量的碳粉使得结焦的倾向增大 ,而适量碳粉的强分散作用可以减缓油浆的生焦。由于磷钼酸铵受热易分解 ,加入磷钼酸铵能促进油浆重组分的缩合 。
The effects of different additives, such as thermal conversion products, carbon powder and NH4MoPO4, on the phase separation of Daqing FCC slurry oil were investigated. The results show that suitable quantitative carbon powder can prevent the phase separation and coke formation. The other additives can cause phase separation and coke formation dramatically. Based on these results, the ways for preventing coke formation are proposed.
