摘要
本文在分析承压椭球封头旋压机液压仿形旋压过程中 ,旋轮座运动规律和工作机理的基础上 ,分别建立了仿形误差、运动能耗和旋轮座重量目标函数 ;在分析旋轮座的强度、稳定性、导轨比压、工艺力和关联尺寸的基础上建立了约束条件 ;从而建立了旋轮座参数的优化模型 ,首次对承压封头旋压旋轮座进行了三目标优化设计的研究 。
By analysing the motion and the work of the spinning roller base, this paper establishes two objective functions respectively about profiling tolerance and energy consumption, sets up binding conditions according to strength, stability, specific pressure on guideway and connected dimensions. The optimization with two objectives is first used to design the spinning roller base of morden spinning machines, and the optimum method and the results are discussed.
