摘要
介绍了日本PVC产业发展,特别是悬浮法PVC生产技术进步过程;同我国PVC行业现状进行了对比。我们在很多方面存在较大差距,因此改进潜力很大。我国PVC年消费量在2005~2010年间将增长到10Mt,为满足这一巨大需求,我国应制定PVC原料来源多样化战略,在石油化工同氯碱产业结合时注意过剩烧碱侵蚀PVC生产的效益。
Development of Japanese industry of PVC,especially of its suspension wa s reviewed,compared with the presen t industry of PVC in China.Potentialities of impr ovement in PVC industry in China are g reat,due to the long distance between China and Japan.Annual consumption of PVC in China is expected to grow up to 10million tons during 2005~2010.To meet the big dem ands,stratagem of PVC production in China with vario us kinds of raw materials should be ma de.Attentions should be paid to the minus effects of excess caustic soda on PVC production in com bination of petrochemical industry with chloro -alkali one in China.
