Intrinsic viscosity is the important content of product quality index of polyester production.The factors which have effect on the product intrinsic viscosity of polyester production line imported from patent of Zimmer company and the control method of intrinsic viscosity were analysised.The corresponding conclusion can be used to direct the control of product intrinsic viscosity when the production load is up or down.
