摘要
中国石油天然气集团公司每年钻井7000多口,其中井深小于4000m的井约占98%,而适应此钻深能力的大庆130、ZJ32J(L)钻机在油田使用普遍暴露出机器老化、技术落后、能耗大和可靠性差等问题。鉴于此,在统计分析中石油集团公司1999年总体钻井情况的基础上,概述了井深小于4000m井的钻井工程特点。对钻深小于4000m的钻机提出要有良好的移运性、满足强化钻井参数快速钻进、良好的经济性、可靠性、主机配置的先进性和符合健康安全环保等客观要求。
More than 7000 wells are drilled annually by CNPC, among which wells with a depth less than 4000m account for 98% or so. Model Daqing 130 and Model ZJ32J(L) rigs were used for the drilling of these wells, which are verified to be old, backward, high power-consumed and less reliable. Based on an analysis of the overall drilling status of CNPC, the characteristics of the 4000m more shallow wells are expounded. It is indicated that the rigs for these wells should have good mobility, high reliability and economical efficiency and satisfy HSE requirements.
