摘要
针对大庆油田使用的不可洗井封隔器分层注水管柱虽然密封率高但是不能洗井的问题,研制了既能定期洗井又能对油层进行脉冲解堵处理的射流洗井器。这种射流洗井器应用射流原理进行设计,利用高压注入水作动力液,抽汲地层液返出。射流洗井器采用偏心式结构,安装在第一级封隔器之上20m处,不影响正常注水和测试工作。两年来共现场应用了17口井。试验表明,这种设备具有洗井效率高,效果好的特点,尤其对那些地层条件相对较差、自行返排量低的水井,更具有明显的效果。
A jet type well washing device is developed for periodically washing and blocking removal of water injection wells. The device is designed by means of the jetting principle, and it takes the high-pressure injected water as power fluid to drive the formation fluid returning to the surface. The structure and technical parameters of the device are introduced. Application shows that the jet type well washing device has high efficiency and good well washing effect.
