摘要
螺杆泵结构参数及其误差是决定和影响螺杆泵工作特性的主要因素,合理优化选择螺杆泵结构参数可以确保螺杆泵具有较好的工作特性。分析认为对采油螺杆泵而言结构参数即定转子的导程、偏心、截圆直径的偏差允许值主要取决于定转子之间的过盈,转子的偏心应不小于定子的偏心,两者的差值和转子截圆的不圆度应小于定转子间的合理过盈量。
The structural parameters and their errors are the main factors deciding and influencing the work characteristics of a screw pump. Rational selection and optimization of the structural parameters may ensure the pump running well. The allowable errors of the pitch and eccentricity of stator-rotor and the rotor's diameter mainly depend on the interference between the stator and rotor. The eccentricity of the rotor shouldn't be less than that of the stator, and their difference value and the outofroundness of rotor's section should be less than rational stator-rotor interference.
