摘要
水力喷砂割缝技术是实现油井增产增注的一项新技术,这项技术将高压含砂水流(含砂率4%~5%,砂粒直径0.4~0.8mm)通过油管下到割缝工具的喷枪体内后,从喷枪两侧的喷嘴射出,使套管两侧形成两条高20cm,深约1m的棒槌状长缝,从而增加了油水井的有效半径,增大了油流渗流面积,减小了油流阻力。试验及现场应用表明,水力喷砂割缝技术能使油井日产量提高到原来的两倍多,增产效果明显,具有广阔的应用前景。
Hydraulic sand blast slotting is a new technique for realizing production increase and augmented injection of oil wells. This new technique adopts fracturing truck, truck-mounted blender and corresponding down hole tools. The structure and the principle of the slotting tool are introduced. The conditions of the wells selected for sand blast slotting are given. The surface test and the field application of the hydraulic sand blast slotting technique are commented. The result shows that, by using this new technique, the daily output of the oil well is twice over higher than that in the past.
