摘要
有杆抽油系统中常出现管杆偏磨现象,现有扶正器在现场应用中存在许多问题,大大限制了其应用范围。为此,研制了带锯齿的KZX型自旋式尼龙扶正器。该型扶正器由接箍、并帽、上锯齿环、扶正套、下锯齿环和接头短节组成,其中扶正套的两端为锯齿形结构,在上下冲程中分别与上下锯齿环啮合,并沿锯齿面相对转动,从而实现扶正和自旋,达到均匀磨损的目的。现场68井次的应用表明其性能稳定,未出现油管漏失情况,使用后平均最大电流由61.2A下降到57.7A,最大载荷由65.4kN下降到64.5kN。该型扶正器特别适用于玻璃钢杆和防腐杆等特种抽油杆。
Partial abrasion of rod and tubing is a common problem of rod pumping system. The existing sucker rod centralizer is not able to solve this problem. A new sucker rod centralizer is designed. It is comprised of couplings, screw cap, top zigzag ring, centralizing sleeve, down zigzag ring and connecting sub. The working principle and the characteristics of the centralizer are described. The centralizer is especially suitable for use on special sucker rod, such as fiberglass sucker rod, anti-corrosion sucker rod, etc.
