加氢粗苯烷烃分离的汽液平衡研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对焦化苯加氢油采用N-甲酞吗啉溶剂萃取精馏分离烷烃的需要,在常压和3个温度(65.2℃,72.5℃和 79.5℃)下测定了苯-环已烷-NFM、苯-正庚烷-NFM及苯-甲基环已烷-NFM 3个三元体系共 9组汽液平衡数据.用 NRTL和 UNIQUAC模型关联参数.结果表明,两种模型关联汽相组成的平均偏差均小于0.009 4,当溶剂比在2~4之间时,烷烃/苯的相对挥发度达到5.0左右. In order to recover aromatics from hydrorefining crude benzol by extractive distillation with N-formylmorpholine as a solvent,vapor-liquid equilibrium (VLE) data for three ternary systems of benzene-hexane-NFM, benzene-heptane-NFM and benzene-methylcyclo- hexane-NFM were determined at normal pressure and three different temperature (65. 2 ℃, 72. 5 ℃and 79. 5℃ ). The experimental VLE data were correlated by the NRTL and UNIQUAC mo- dels respectively. The results shown that the average deviation of vapor compositions predicted by both models compared with experimental data are less than 0. 009 4,and relative volati1ity α of alkane/benzene was about 5 when the solvent/feed ratio between 2-4.
