The production process of 2.22 dtex×51 mm polyester midfiber were introduced and the factors which have effect on the midfiber production and spinnability such as stretching ratio,steam press of the 3rd drafting system (DF3),temperature of DF3 exits,crimp nurnber,crimp index were discussed.
