润滑油基础油酸值、中和值与精制深度相关性研究

STUDY ON CORRELATION AMONG THE ACID VALUE, NEUTRALIZATION VALUE AND REFINING EXTENT OF LUBRICATING BASE OIL

针对兰州石化公司润滑油基础油靠标试生产中基础油的“酸值”合格而“中和值”不合格问题进行了相关性研究 ,结果认为中和值比酸值更能科学、准确、严格地反映润滑油基础油的精制深度及内在质量 。

In the standardized trial-production of lubricating base oils,the acid value of base oil was passed,but the neutralization value was not passed in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company.To resolve this problem,the correlation between acid value and neutralization value was studied.The study result indicated that the neutralization value could reflect the refining extent and interior quality of base oil more scientifically,accurately than acid value,and could direct the production of base oils.
