摘要
介绍CO2 与硅酸钠水溶液反应制备水合二氧化硅 (白炭黑 )工艺 ,探讨了其反应机理 ,分析了其传质过程。根据双膜理论 ,推导出硅酸钠传质速率NB 的表达式 ,并通过实验进行了验证。分析影响碳化反应的多项因素 ,确定了工艺流程及工艺条件 。
The technology of preparing hydrated silica(silica pigment) by carbon dioxide reacting with sodium silicate solution is introduced.Its reaction principle is studied,and its transfer process is analyzed.Based on the theory of double-membrane,the rate equation of mass transfer is obtained,which is tested by experiment.The affecting factors of the carbonization reaction are analyzed.The technological flow and process conditions are determined.Many properties product reach standard A.
