摘要
合成了具有不同分子量的 PSF- PET共聚物。考察了这种共聚物对于聚砜 /热致液晶聚合物 (PSF/TLCP)共混物的增容改性效果。这种增容剂的增容改性效果与其分子量的大小有关 ,分子量较大共聚物的增容效果较好。与未增容体系相比 ,只加入少量分子量较高的 PSF- PET共聚物 ,原位复合体系的多项力学性能得到明显提高 ,液晶聚合物分散相分散更均匀 。
The incompatibility of blends of polysulfone(PSF) with thermotropic liquid crystalline polymer(TLCP) has limited its wide use in many fields. In order to improve the compatibility of PSF/TLCP blends, a series of PSF PET copolymers with different molecular weight were synthesized. The experiment results show that the compatibilizing effect of these compatibilizers depend on molecular weight. The larger the molecular weight is, the better the compatibilizing effect is. The addition of only 2 percent of compatibilizer lead to not only significant mechanical property improvements, but also good diffusion of TLCP.
