摘要
用锥型量热计研究了阻燃 HDPE电缆绝缘材料的动态燃烧特性 ,它们是以 HDPE为基体 ,通过加入低卤阻燃剂 ,并经 γ-辐照制备而成的。阻燃 HDPE交联后可明显降低燃烧过程中 CO的浓度 ,提高了氧指数 。
The dynamic flammability of γ crosslinked HDPE was researched by cone calorimeter. Radiation crosslinking improved a number of essential properties of HDPE, such as the high temperature resistance, tensile strength, decomposition temperature at the beginning, etc. To evaluate the flammability properties of the materials, oxygen index, smoke emission, tensile strength, CO concentration and SEM graph of the ashes of materials after dynamical flame were assessed in experiments. The results show that γ radiation crosslinking can improve mechanical strength and decrease both CO concentration and CO 2 concentration while burning .The char of crosslinked FR HDPE after dynamical flame has a closer structure than that of unirradiated FR HDPE.
