摘要
采用蠕变试验 ,结合分子热激活运动理论 ,研究了不同硫化体系 NR/BR硫化胶的蠕变寿命。结果表明 ,Zhurkov公式不适用描述硫化胶寿命 ,硫化胶的蠕变寿命不仅与材料本身有关 ,还与热氧 (ΔH /T)、热力 (V.σ/T)及应力 (α.σ)的交互作用有关。 NR在应力作用下产生定向 ,使σ对蠕变寿命具有正效应。蠕变寿期的数学模型可描述为 ln tf=ΔH /T- V.σ/T+α.
According to the view of molecular heat initiated theory and creep test, the creep life of NR/BR vulcanizates with different cure system were discussed. It is shown that zhurkovs formula which described the time to fracture of plastic and fiber can not be used in NR/BR vulcanizates. The time to fracture ( t f) of NR/BR vulcanizates have the relation not only with the structure of material but also with the mutual actions of heat oxygen (Δ H/T ), heat force ( V·σ/T ) and stress ( α·σ ). NR vulcanizates crystallized when it was tensiled, which made posive effect to creep life, the creep life of NR/BR vulcanizates can be described as ln t f=Δ H/T-V·σ/T + α·σ -β .
