摘要
本文论述了超临界流体萃取技术的原理、工艺流程及特点,对它在葡萄皮渣方面的应用进行探讨,为工业化生产提供了研究方向。
The principle, process and characteristic of supercritical fluid extraction and its application in theskin and residues of grape were discussed in this paper. The aim is to point out research direction forindustrializing production.
