摘要
研究以固溶反应为基础的粉料制备技术。应用热力学原理分析计算了 (Zr,Ti) O2 固溶系统的选择性的氮化条件 ,确定了反应温度对该系统氮化后相组成的影响。采用碳热还原法 ,在高纯氮气氛下原位反应生成氮化钛 ,同时保持氧化锆组成和结构不变。利用 X射线衍射和 X射线荧光光谱对氮化后粉料的物相和氮化效果进行分析 。
