摘要
公司财务成长战略管理是公司战略管理的重要内容。公司财务成长可分为公司销售成长与公司盈利成长。由于受到公司内部资源与外部环境制约 ,公司财务成长存在可持续成长极限。讨论了公司财务成长的 9种类型 ,并对公司财务成长战略管理的经验与教训进行了初步总结。
Strategic management of financial development is an important content of firms' strategic management. The financial development of firms can be divided into sales development and profit development. Constrained by the inner resources and external circumstan ces, the firms financial development has a limit in its sustainable development. In this article, nine styles of firms financial development are discussed with preliminary summary of the experiences and lessons in the financial development strategic management.
