摘要
通过分析企业内并行工程组织模式存在的问题 ,提出了基于委托代理机制的并行工程组织模式 ,以加强集成产品小组之间以及项目组和各职能部门之间的协同合作 ,提高资源的有效利用率。同时给出了委托代理的组成与功能 。
After the analysis of the existing problems of the organization pattern in concurrent engineering, the organization pattern based on principal agent is presented to improve the collaboration between Integrated Product Teams and functional departments, and in addition, its function, structure and executive condition are described.
