摘要
目的 :建立一种同时测定制剂中多组分含量的分光光度法。方法 :采用双波长分光光度法 ,不经分离直接测定复方薄荷脑洗剂中间苯二酚与水杨酸的含量。间苯二酚的测定波长为 2 75 .35nm ,参比波长为 32 1.2 0nm ;水杨酸的测定波长为30 0 .10nm ,无需参比波长。结果 :间苯二酚的平均回收率为 10 1.0 8% ,RSD为 0 .96 % ,相关系数r =0 .9995 ;水杨酸的平均回收率为 99.92 % ,RSD为 0 .35 % ,相关系数r =0 .9999。结论 :本法快速、简便 。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method of spectrophotometry for simultaneously determination of multi compounds in a preparation. METHODS A dual wavelength spectrometry was used. The determination wavelength and the reference wavelength of resorcinol were 275nm and 321nm.The determination wavelength of salicylic acid was 300.10 nm , there was no the reference wavelength.RESULTS The average recovery of resorcinol was 101.08% (RSD= 0.96% , r = 0.9995 ). The average recovery of salicylic acid was 99.92% (RSD= 0.35% , r = 0.9999 ). CONCLUSIONS This method is simple, quick and accurate.
