摘要
目的 :建立葛根芩连微丸中盐酸小檗碱和黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法 :采用二阶导数光谱法 ,以无水乙醇为溶剂 ,测定波长分别为 (36 5± 1)nm和 (2 74± 1)nm。结果 :盐酸小檗碱在 4~ 12 μg·ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好 (r =0 .9996 ) ,平均回收率为 10 0 .5 % (n =5 ,RSD 1.6 5 % ) ;黄芩苷在 5~ 15 μg·ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好 (r =0 .9994 ) ,平均回收率为10 1.5 % (n =5 ,RSD 1.1% )。结论 :本方法简便、快捷。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method of determination of berberine hydrochloride and baicalin in the Gegen Qinlian mini pill.METHODS Second order derivative spectrophotometry was used to determine the berberine hydrochloride content and the baicalin content at (365±1) nm and (274±1) nm wavelengths.RESULTS When concentration of berberine hydrochloride was between 2~10 μg·ml -1 ,the linear relation was good( r = 0.9996 ),average recovery rate was 100.5% ( n =5,RSD 1.65% ). When concentration of baicalin was between 5~15 μg·ml -1 ,the linear relation is good ( r = 0.9994 ),average recovery rate was 101.5% ( n = 5,RSD 1.1% ). CONCLUSIONS This method has good nature with simplicity speed and accuracy.
